Fin’s Seafood Restaurant, in Pismo Beach, is excited to announce its collaboration with local hospitality businesses in the 5 Cities area for the SLO CASA Christmas Toy Drive. This initiative aims to make a positive impact by supporting foster children in San Luis Obispo County during the holiday season.
The SLO CASA Christmas Toy Drive will kick off on November 15, 2023 and will run through December 17, 2023. Participating businesses in the 5 Cities area are encouraged to collect toys from customers and employees, utilizing promotional content provided to promote the drive on various social media outlets.
To culminate the drive, Fin’s Seafood Restaurant will host a special Casa Christmas Toy Drive Hospitality Mixer on Wednesday, December 17, 2023. At this event, all participating businesses will bring the toys collected at their respective locations. The community is warmly invited to attend, with the request that attendees bring a toy for the cause. Donations will also be gratefully accepted.
Throughout the evening, industry professionals are welcome to enjoy light appetizers and soak in the holiday cheer. All toys collected during the drive will be showcased for pictures and every participating business will be recognized for their generous contributions.

Youth in foster care won’t be “home for the holidays”- they are separated from their families and often in the homes of strangers, through no fault of their own. A CASA representative will be present at the mixer to accept donations and share more about Casa’s mission and goals. This event provides an excellent opportunity for the community to come together, support a meaningful cause and celebrate the spirit of giving during the festive season.
