The PCC received 26 applications requesting more than $240,000 in grant funding this year. In April, a subcommittee of the PCC reviewed the applications and narrowed a list of organizations recommended for available funding. Then in May, the PCC held a public hearing and approved the funding recommendations, which were subsequently passed on to Council. City Council unanimously approved the grant funding as recommended on July 2, 2024.
