The Kitchen Terminal opens their commercial kitchen and state-of-the-art food truck commissary in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Based in SLO, local co-founder, Sunita Singh is excited to partner with food businesses in the area and wants to bring awareness to the community. The Kitchen Terminal is a female owned small business started by two women who have always been passionate about food, the involvement they have in their local communities and how they can support other small businesses.
The Kitchen Terminal has 4 health department approved kitchens, including 2 USDA kitchens. The new food truck commissary has 22 truck spots with wash out stations, individual water hook ups, individual charging stations, dump stations, kitchens and prep tables along with extra storage.
