The San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund will host Building Strong Foundations: How Affordable Housing is Built in SLO County on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the Madonna Inn from 7:30 to 10 a.m. This special breakfast event will walk guests through the process of building affordable housing, from land acquisition to entitlements, financing and construction. Attendees will gain a behind-the-scenes look at the work it takes to create affordable housing in San Luis Obispo County.
Moderated by Jeff Eckles, CEO of the SLO County Housing Trust Fund, the program will feature a high caliber panel of leaders from across the local affordable housing industry:
