Each session with the Lucia N°03 is a unique journey for VHL’s clients. The Lucia N°03 uses wide spectrum and LED lights flashing at various frequencies, causing colors, shapes and patterns to dance behind closed eyelids as a kaleidoscope of light unfolds. Alongside this beautiful visual journey, the body begins to let go and deeply relax. Clients are immersed into a meditative experience. Visionary journeys, healing memories and deeper understanding can emerge.
During the experience, the brain moves from beta-dominance (alertness, concentration, cognition) to alpha-theta (alpha: relaxation, visualization, creativity; theta: meditation, intuition, memory), leading to lower stress, increased creativity and a feeling of wonder and awe. The Lucia N°03 is a tool for accessing deep states of awareness, making it easier to return to similar states on one’s own.
Additionally, Vibe Health Lounge has combined a Vibroacoustic Sound Bed experience with Crystal Chakra Healing Lights to provide their clients with a unique treatment called the Vibroacoustic Crystal Healing Ritual. The ergonomically and bio-energetically designed sound bed provides a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating musical massage that harmoniously tunes both the body and brain like a musical instrument. Clients come away feeling deeply relaxed, vibrantly alive and aware from a deep space within. The experience enhances creativity and productivity while helping to manage stress and anxiety.
The addition of Crystal Chakra Lights takes the experience to another level, with each of seven crystals aligning with a corresponding chakra. The light and color frequency pulsates through the crystals onto the individual’s body, enhancing the energy of its specific chakra. The combined vibroacoustic ritual contributes to an overall feeling of deep relaxation, calmness, stress relief, inner peace, and mental clarity.
