Since the last update much discussion has taken place in procuring a builder for the first phase of this new community. Estrella Associates, Inc. last made note that the company was in the process of meeting with builders with who will have the best opportunity and commitment to bring the vision to fruition.

Dennis and Jim will initially focus on the development of this new gated age-qualified neighborhood and the development of the new Community Center and adjoining recreational features. Similar to the existing Traditions their new neighborhood will have the colloquial reference of Vintages at River Oaks.

For those who have been patiently on our Inquiry List, we are most grateful. For those who participated in the surveys conducted by ProMatura do know that you have been an important part of refining the design of the new community.

Estrella will continue to focus on bringing to market the large lot neighborhood east of the lake and the Classic lots above the golf course as well as the creation and implementation of the new Home Owners Association for all three neighborhoods.  Initial revitalization of the Spa and Golf Course will begin in the near future with new hours for the Spa during construction.
