Assuming the newly created role of senior vice president, chief development officer, Carr is responsible for identifying new markets and spearheading the company’s strategy for growing the network of branch offices and loan officers. Since joining The Mortgage House in 1995, Carr has played an integral role in the success of many offices and regions by recruiting and training dozens of highly productive loan officers and managers.
Mary Trudeau to vice president, division manager:
As vice president, division manager, Trudeau is responsible for overseeing the growth and operations of the San Luis Obispo Division, inclusive of the Santa Maria, Atascadero and Temecula offices. Throughout her three years with The Mortgage House, Trudeau has managed several highly successful branch offices while also serving as the San Luis Obispo Sales Manager.
