On January 18, 2020 at 10am, MZR Fitness in San Luis Obispo will celebrate its 10th anniversary and grand re-opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce.
MZR Fitness recently moved to 3536 S. Higuera Street in between Breaking Bread and Coastal Peaks Coffee to a building that allowed operations to triple in size allowing Personal Trainer and Owner, Mike Z. Robinson to reach and change the lives of even more clients.
“It is our job to make sure that clients know that everything that happens inside the gym makes everything outside the gym better. So we give them the tools that will help them to commit to an exercise regimen for more meaningful goals than to simply look great in a bikini or to have big bulging muscles. Our clients see the bigger picture and want to improve their quality of life for years to come,” Robinson said, who is ACE Certified and the 2015 IDEA Health and Fitness Association International Personal Trainer of the Year.
In addition to expanding his operations, Robinson has also created the MZR Fitness Healthy Families Program. He will be offering a FREE, 12-week program to families in need who will receive many of the benefits offered to the MZR Fitness family. The program will help families get healthier and stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally while removing the financial hurdle that keeps many of them from leading active, healthy lifestyles.
“With obesity and childhood obesity increasing every year, MZR Fitness believes more than ever that it is becoming more important to help families to get in shape and help more parents to create a healthier foundation for not only themselves but for their children as well,” Robinson said.
Applications for the Healthy Families Program can be completed at www.mzrftiness.com.
MZR Fitness will also be hosting free, community workouts the first Saturday of every month. All are invited for a fun, sweat-filled good time! No RSVP needed.
