Taylor Frigon Capital Management, a nationally-recognized investment management firm based in Paso Robles, recently announced that its Director of Investor Relations, James McConaghy, has opened an office at the Santa Barbara Club, 1105 Chapala Street. The firm has expanded its presence to the city due to growing wealth advisor demand across Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
“We have deep roots in Santa Barbara,” said Gerry Frigon, President and Chief Investment Officer of Taylor Frigon Capital Management. “The “Taylor” in Taylor Frigon Capital Management honors Richard C. Taylor, my father-in-law, Fund Portfolio Manager and mentor who passed away in 2004. He managed portfolios alongside the renowned investor, Thomas Rowe Price Jr., in the 1960s and 1970s before founding his own investment management firm in 1988 in Santa Barbara so it means a lot to us to have an established presence here.”
“As a UCSB graduate and Central Coast native, it’s wonderful to be returning to Santa Barbara,” said James McConaghy, Director of Investor Relations at Taylor Frigon Capital Management. “I’m looking forward to reconnecting with the community, fellow alumni, and those looking to invest in our investment strategies.”
Taylor Frigon Capital Management has been featured several times in Kiplinger’s Top 10 Mutual Fund List, has received multiple Top Guns Designations and recently saw gross returns of 62.74% YTD ending September 30th from its Israeli Innovation Strategy.
