The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Central Coast California, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, recently announced the details of its monthly luncheon. September’s program will feature Karianne Munstedt: “From Bully to Bestie: How changing your thoughts changes everything”. The event will be held virtually on Friday, September 4th at 11:30 a.m in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the end of the event, the audience will be able to understand what perfectionism is and what is not; visually see the difference between negative words/energy and positive words/energy; understand how perfectionism is holding them back; learn to rephrase their unkind thoughts; and leave with action steps to combat perfectionist thoughts in their everyday lives.

About Karianne Munstedt
Munstedt is an award-winning portrait photographer, speaker, coach and author. She is an artist and nurturer, fiercely motivated by using her talents to make women feel confident, empowered, and whole. Growing up with an abusive role model left her filled with fear; she countered this by attempting to be perfect, but never took the time to understand who she was. She started a journey to get to know herself in her 30s. On her spiritual journey, she connected back to the thing that brought her joy as a child… photography. She discovered an innate talent to capture a person’s true inner beauty – the real person inside.
Ticket prices are $10.00 NAWBO Members and for $15.00 Non-NAWBO Members. Free tickets available for those experiencing extreme hardship.
