The SLO Chamber celebrates new member, Cider Bar, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Located in the Creamery in downtown San Luis Obispo, Cider Bar offers an array of unique small plate dishes ranging from gruyere cheese puffs to braised short ribs, to pickled beets, to smoked salmon. With over 160 ciders and beers (25 on tap) and over 70 wines available, the “country, French café feel” of a bar offers the perfect setting to enjoy an appetizer or meal while downtown. Cider Bar is also known for producing their own wild ciders, fermented in-house; using fruits such as white peach, strawberry, and kiwi, instead of the common apple flavor.
Visit Cider Bar during their grand opening on Saturday, May 5 from 12-3 p.m. located at 570 Higuera St., Ste. 101 in downtown San Luis Obispo.
