The SLO Chamber celebrates new member, Embargo Events, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Embargo, is a fully functional custom portable bar trailer providing libations and professional bartending services for private events. The Embargo will charge a flat fee for equipment usage and bartending service, as well as develop event specific specialty cocktail menus, wine lists and beer selections along with forecasting amounts of supplies needed. Planning for events including menu planning and supplies forecasting are included at no additional charge. Examples of events that may use the Embargo include (but are not limited to) weddings, private events, concerts, farmers’ markets, fairs and festivals, car shows, fundraisers and charity events; according to the website.
