The SLO Chamber celebrates new member, Precision Physical Therapy and Wellness, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Precision Physical Therapy is owned by Dr. Dave Svetich and Dr. Kristen Carless, both Doctors of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Specialists in Orthopedics. Svetich and Carless, both Cal Poly graduates, have been practicing physical therapy for a combined 37 years, with 28 of those years in San Luis Obispo County.

The 4,000-square-foot clinic will be used to provide one-on-one physical therapy treatment, specialized twice-weekly PWR Moves! (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) exercise classes, and educational seminars on therapy innovations for both patients and physical therapy professionals. “We hope to host many community health and wellness events in our space and want to expand on our already existing ties to the community,” said Carless. The Grand Opening event will support non-profits like Cal Poly Tennis, Cal Poly Rugby and Central Coast Parkinson Association with Silent Auctions. Precision is also partnering with local health related businesses like Tank Farm Road neighbor, Kennedy Club Fitness, and with Boost Nutrition, which has recently opened near Cal Poly; according to a recent press release.
