This month, People’s Self-Help Housing (PSHH) announced the latest recipients of the Distinguished Property Award. This quarter, four properties received Platinum Level recognition for their exceptional property management: Casas de las Flores in Carpinteria, Jardin de las Rosas in Santa Barbara, Los Adobes de Maria III in Santa Maria, and Pacific View Apartments in Morro Bay.

“We are so proud of all our award recipients and the hard work each team had to employ to achieve these results,” said PSHH Director of Property Management Jane Renahan. “It is extremely satisfying to know that our properties and our residents are in such good hands.”

The Distinguished Properties Award is a PSHH initiative which recognizes exceptional property management and resident satisfaction. All 54 PSHH properties were eligible for recognition and winners were determined based on multiple factors including curb appeal, turnaround times for vacant units, management responsiveness, health and safety, and availability of community resources for residents. This accolade builds on PSHH’s mission of providing outstanding, supportive, and affordable homes for residents throughout the Central Coast.

With neighborhoods in three counties, People’s Self-Help Housing provides affordable housing for working families, seniors, and veterans, and provides welcoming environments for those living with disabilities, and the formerly homeless. On-site property management offer hands-on, caring assistance and ensures safe and beautiful properties to over 5,000 residents each day. To learn more, visit pshhc.org.
