A local favorite, Petra Mediterranean Pizza & Grill, was announced as a Top 25 pizza restaurant of the highly coveted USA Today rankings on June 6th, 2019.
This prestigious acknowledgment, recognizing Petra’s creativity, quality, and taste of their pizza offering, took over a decade of hard work from family, friends, and staff.
The company launched in 2008 and developed its menu based on community inspired ingredients. The menu consists of a variety of different options that exemplify favorites of the Central Coast. The owner, Todd Aburashed, says, “You have to have a lot of love and care, you have to be generous”. Aburashed says he is thankful to the community of San Luis Obispo.
