Richardson Properties/Christie’s International Real Estate are proud to announce that a lease has been signed for an exciting new restaurant in Pismo Beach. Richardson Properties recently brokered the lease of the highly visible commercial building at 2131 Price Street in Pismo Beach and represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

This 7,000 square foot building, formerly the site of Marie Calendar’s, will soon reopen as Willow Market, a restaurant and full service bar. The bar will consist of a large selection of local draft beers and wines, and offer a full service bar featuring specialty cocktails. A special bar menu consisting of small plates and upscale bar fare will be served nightly. There will also be a high-end specialty market with an impressive array of hard-to-find artisan wines, craft beers, and gourmet snack foods.

Monday through Friday, Willow will feature a casual coffee and light fare breakfast service consisting of specialty coffee drinks, breakfast sandwiches, and homemade pastries.  A lunch menu featuring Central Coast Cuisine and an upscale yet casual dinner dining experience will be available seven days a week and a “Champagne Brunch” will be offered on Saturdays & Sundays.

Willow Market will also be providing catering services and room services to the guests of the SeaCrest Oceanfront Hotel. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert will be offered by room service daily.
