Robbins|Reed, a local contractor and developer in San Luis Obispo, CA and Capstone Commercial Properties, Inc. a developer and owner of luxury apartment communities based in Newport Beach, CA are co-developers of Vintage at SLO, a new sophisticated apartment community in San Luis Obsipo that broke ground on September 21st.

Located within the Orcutt Area Specific Plan only two miles southeast of downtown San Luis Obispo, Vintage at SLO is a Class-A garden-style community featuring 105-units and comprised of seven three-story residential buildings. The project is set to include a mix of 35 studios, seven one-bedrooms and 63 two-bedroom townhomes. Construction financing for the project was provided by Pacific Western Bank.

Once complete in 2019, Vintage at SLO will feature a private clubhouse, resort style pool and spa, fitness center, a bike shop, leasing office, resident lounge, outdoor wash station, enclosed garages and abundant bike storage.

The residential buildings will be contemporary neo-craftsman in design with flat extended overhang roofs, exposed roof beams, large windows, glass enclosed stairwells and glass sliding doors opening out to private balconies and patios. The interiors offer luxurious kitchens, great rooms and in-unit washer/dryers. All units are cable-ready with spacious in-unit storage. Many units will be home to spectacular views of the surrounding open space and foothills.

Vintage at SLO is designed with innovation in mind. Sustainable features include a permaculture project design that respects existing vegetation. Buildings will also be slightly terraced to provide scenic views of open space while minimizing views of the project from the street.
