Local corporate attorney Beth Marino joined forces with Fred Glick and Michael Haupt effective July 1, 2016, to form the law firm of Glick Haupt Marino LLP.
For nearly twenty years, Beth has provided legal counsel to companies with respect to their significant business transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. Prior to joining Glick Haupt Marino LLP, Beth served as general counsel for Santa Maria Energy, LLC, an independent, private energy company in Santa Barbara County. Beth’s practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation and operations, employment law, environmental law, financing transactions and real property transfers.
Additionally, the law firm announces the addition of Lisa R. Hamon as an associate attorney. Lisa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California at Davis. She received her J.D., with Great Distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was inducted into the Traynor Honor Society. While at McGeorge, she externed for Chief Justice Morrison C. England, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
