The Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation and the Lompoc Chamber of Commerce on a Small Business Outreach Event, being held Monday, October 28th at the Radisson Hotel in Santa Maria (3455 Skyway Drive, Santa Maria) from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The agenda for the day will be as follows:
9:30 am – 10:15 am: Check-In / Registration
10:30 am – 11:30 am: Company Brief
11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Networking Reception
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm: 1:1 Breakout Sessions
Northrop Grumman hopes to engage their current and potential future Small Business supply base in support of efforts at Vandenberg AFB by sharing information about Northrop Grumman, what products and services they look for, and how to do business with their team. Specifically, Northrop Grumman is interested in small businesses who are women owned and Veteran owned, and small businesses in the industries of construction, logistics and project management. The event is not limited to these specific industries, however, and all small businesses are welcome to attend.
Following the Company Brief, there will be a networking mixer with light refreshments. Attendees are also invited to provide an overview of capabilities during 1:1 Breakout Sessions (15 minutes), based on limited schedule availability.
Reservations must be made no later than October 24th by sending your RSVP (including the names and titles of your representatives), and any questions directly to both Cascade Mittman at [email protected], and Jessica Lem at [email protected].
As a catalyst for business growth, the Santa Maria Chamber is proud to supports the partnerships between our local businesses, and we hope all local small businesses will take advantage of this exciting partnership opportunity.
