SLO County business owners will be given the opportunity to voice their opinions on key issues affecting their business at the SPEAK OUT event, taking place October 10th at MINDBODY 5.30pm and 8.30pm. During this non-partisan event, businesses will be live-polled on topics impacting small business including the local workforce, long term energy reliance, access to capital and water resources.
Results from the live polling with be shared with local, state and federal representatives in order to advocate for improvements on behalf of the business community. This process has been used to successfully influence change in other areas of California, including Santa Barbara, and NAWBO (the National Association of Women Business Owners) is proud to be bringing the event to San Luis Obispo business owners.
