The San Luis Obispo County Air Pollution Control District is hosting a series of workshops to gain local community input on air protection grant funding opportunities in their areas.
The grant funding is provided by Assembly Bill (AB) 617 and AB 134 with under-served areas in our county being the focus.
Eligible projects for this funding include but are not limited to the replacement of diesel equipment, including heavy-duty on-road vehicles (transit, waste haulers, and heavy-duty trucks), agricultural tractors and irrigation engines, and construction equipment.
We want to hear from YOU, the affected communities and project proponents, with your ideas to help us shape final project selections. A light lunch will be served at all three workshops.
