The San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport is soliciting Requests for Statements of Interest (RFI), for the potential leasing and repurposing of the approximately 14,400 square-foot San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport terminal facility at 901 Airport Drive, San Luis Obispo, California. This terminal facility will cease operating as the primary air terminal building upon the opening of the new San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport terminal, which is anticipated to be operational between August and October, 2017. The County will be interested in having the approximately 14,400 square-foot terminal repurposed and re-leased at that time.
