The San Luis Obispo Little Theatre has rebranded as the San Luis Obispo Repertory Theatre (SLO REP). While honoring a rich 70 year history as the San Luis Obispo Little Theatre, the company will begin its seventy-first year as SLO REP; building its future as the only nonprofit, professional, theatre in San Luis Obispo County.

Season Tickets are now on sale for the 2017-2018 Season, featuring an exciting season of six Mainstage Shows, six Ubu’s Other Shoe Staged Readings, two Academy of Creative Theatre Children’s Shows, the annual Holiday Show and a special Gala musical production of The Producers, running February 16 through March 11, 2018. SLO REP will stage all 16 of these shows at their 97 seat theatre at 888 Morro Street in downtown San Luis Obispo. Due to high demand, Wednesday and Sunday night performances have been added to the run of each show for the 2017-2018 Season. Between July 21, 2017 and July 1, 2018, SLO REP will stage 215 performances, five days a week (Wednesday-Sunday,) on 45 out of 52 weeks. Six Mainstage Season Shows

SLO REP presents “The All Night Strut,” a delightful, musical revue paying homage to the music of the 1930’s and 1940’s, featuring a live band! “The All Night Strut” runs August 25-September 17, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.

SLO REP presents “Rabbit Hole,” a Pulitzer Prize Winning drama by David Lindsay-Abaire about love, loss and family. “Rabbit Hole” runs October 6-22, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.

SLO REP presents “Rounding Third” by Richard Dresser. In this new comedy, two Little League coaches face the facts of fatherhood, sports and life. “Rounding Third” runs November 3-19, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.

SLO REP presents “The 39 Steps,” a comedy/thriller mixing a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel and a dash of Monty Python. “The 39 Steps” runs March 30-April 15, 2018, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.

 SLO REP presents “Lost In Yonkers,” Neil Simon’s Pulitzer Prize winning comedy-drama about a family in 1940’s Yonkers, NY. “Lost In Yonkers” runs May 4-20, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.

SLO REP presents “Annie,” the Tony Award winning family musical featuring that show-stopping anthem of optimism. “Annie” runs June 8-July 1, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.

Welcome to the new SLO REP! The mission of the San Luis Obispo Repertory Theatre is to present professional theatrical productions for the entertainment and enrichment of the public, and to provide theatre education opportunities for children and adults.
