Spokes is excited to announce nonprofit leader Gillian Cole-Andrews and local attorney Todd Mirolla have joined its Board of Directors.
Cole-Andrews is Director of Communications and Resource Development at People’s Self-Help Housing. Previously, she led both the Dunes Foundation and Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts Foundation at Hancock College. She received her education in England at Plymouth and Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. She has served the British and U.S. governments in Europe and the Middle East and volunteers with women-led microenterprises.
Mirolla is the managing director of Prossimo Advisors LLC. He practiced law with local firm Andre, Morris & Buttery for 32 years and continues to serve the firm as counsel. He received his degrees from the University of Southern California. He also has served as an adjunct Professor of Business Law at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
“I’m excited to welcome Todd and Gillian as the newest members of our board — they each bring us unique talents and expertise,” said Board Director Jeff Franklin. “This marks the beginning of a new chapter for Spokes as we work to move Spokes forward to advance our mission: guiding our county nonprofits to achieve their goals through support and expert resources.”
Mirolla and Cole-Andrews join Jeff Franklin, Jim Dorf, Lesley Santos, and Michelle Willis in the current Spokes Board of Directors.
