TEN OVER STUDIO recently promoted Julia Oberhoff, PLA, to principal landscape architect; she joins Jim Duffy, Joel Snyder and Candice Wong in the leadership of the firm. Oberhoff has been with TEN OVER STUDIO as landscape architect since its inception in 2014.
Oberhoff received both her Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture and Master of Architecture from UC Berkeley. She has more than ten years of experience practicing both landscape architecture and architecture. She imparts a sense of purpose and connection in her landscape and hardscape designs, and her understanding of architecture ensures her designs reflect the neighboring styles and site conditions. Oberhoff is known for her use of built structures, topography, planting design, and low impact spaces that support the health of our environment.

Oberhoff envisions a continuing of diversity in project types for the landscape architecture team, with a focus on high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, schools, community parks and low impact development.
