Gather family and friends and head to Avila Beach on Nov. 29 and 30, 2014 for the third Winter Holiday festivities. There will be something for everyone with live music, goodie bags, passport raffle, food, wine and of course…Santa!
“We are excited to be working again with all of our businesses and local organizations to make this a wonderful event for all who visit or live in our community,” said Avila Beach Civic Association Executive Director Mary Foppiano.
Saturday, from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. all merchants will be open and live entertainment will be provided. There will be an Art Festival at the Avila Beach Community Center and free childcare and activities at the Central Coast Aquarium. Raffle prizes and decorating trophies will be awarded at 5:30 p.m. with the evening culminating in Santa lighting the tree on the Promenade.
Sunday, Santa’s Doggie Parade will begin at 11:30 a.m. on the Promenade, with registration/check-in for the costume contest starting at 10:30 a.m.
