Join the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRCC) as Alden J. Parker informs us about how to plan for effective discipline of an employee, how to plan and execute an employee’s discharge, and how to maintain documentation of discipline and discharge decisions. HRCC’s May Professional Development Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 9th from 11:30am to 1:00 pm, at the Madonna Inn.
