Blue Rooster Telecom has a new addition to its team. Former small business owner Karen Libby recently joined Blue Rooster Telecom as its new business development representative.

In her new role, Libby is a contributing member to the sales team and works closely with Director of Sales Bill Schwoerer, who has been with the Blue Rooster Telecom team since fall 2011.

“The combination of her optimistic, outgoing personality and her connections to the local business community makes Karen a perfect fit for our company,” said Blue Rooster Telecom President Jeff Buckingham. “She easily connects with and understands our customers and their needs.”

With San Luis Obispo roots going back to 1979 and an MBA from California Polytechnic State University, Libby is proud to call the Central Coast home again after career adventures led her up and down the West Coast. Libby is now active in local Chambers of Commerce, and devotes much of her time serving the community through the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo de Tolosa.
