East Wellbeing & Tea hosts T’ai Chi Chih with Carol Nelson-Selby
T'ai Chi Chih is a gentle moving meditation which develops mindfulness as well asphysical and mental balance. It is easy to learn the moves, yet the practice can becomea lifelong journey of self-knowledge. T'ai Chi Chih is often called "Joy through Movement".
