San luis Coastal Adult School: Online Qigong Class
Qigong is a gentle system of standing and seated stretching, moving and breathing exercises that improve range of motion, stress levels, coordination and balance. This class will be hosted via Zoom. Participants at home will need a small squishy ball (6"-10"), and a chair without arms that allows for an upright seated position. This class will take place every Wednesday from June 3rd - 24th.
