Fried Rice at the Establishment
This year's Estab fried rice will look very similar to last year's. Last year for Establishment fried rice we had two outdoor wok burners running simultaneously, cranking out a batch of fried rice as often as every five minutes. We had a ton of fun prepping, cooking, and serving the food, and the people appeared to enjoy eating it!
