The San Luis Obispo Council of Elected Democrats membership has unanimously endorsed former Grover Beach Mayor Debbie Peterson for District 3 Supervisor.
According to attorney Stew Jenkins, treasurer for the organization, “We met on May 18 to consider whether to endorse one or the other Democrats running for the 3rd District Supervisory seat this year. In the opinion of the membership, Debbie Peterson’s unwavering work fighting corruption makes her the best choice for voters.”
The SLO Council of Elected Democrats includes elected or formerly elected and appointed Democrats and their supporters with the goal of finding and electing good candidates, and promoting good government.
