On October 17th, Villa San-Juliette (VSJ) will be hosting an exclusive Blending Seminar featuring their limited production wine, Romantique. Winemaker, Dan Smith and Assistant Winemaker, Lauren Hruska will lead a seminar that guides you along the path towards creating the spectacular reserve blend.
In addition to this great learning experience attendees will be treated to a reception following the seminar with wine and appetizer pairings created by Chef Charlene. Guests will take home at the end of the night their creation in a waxed bottle.
If you can’t make it to the October 17 event, VSJ will be hosting a Chorum Red Blending Session on Friday, October 23. This event will be the twin of the Romantique session but will focus on one of their bestsellers in the tasting room, the Chorum Red Blend.
