After years of building and scaling successful companies, LaRosa is shifting her expertise toward supporting business owners who are ready to reach the next level of growth.
Through her work building and scaling multiple businesses, LaRosa developed a deep understanding of how communication impacts growth, team performance, and overall efficiency. Over time, her focus expanded beyond matchmaking into business consulting, where she began working with entrepreneurs and organizations to improve internal communication, strengthen leadership, and adopt practical AI tools that simplify operations and support sustainable growth. LaRosa is currently pursuing a certification in AI Business Strategies and Applications through UC Berkeley, further positioning her work at the intersection of communication, technology, and business growth.
