Businesses across the Central Coast are joining SLO EarthFest 2026, returning Saturday, April 18 at Santa Rosa Park, as sponsors and exhibitors for the region’s premier Earth Day celebration.

Organized by SLO Climate Coalition and the 2026 EarthFest Advisory Committee, the festival is expected to draw thousands of residents from across San Luis Obispo County for a full day of music, education, innovation and community engagement centered on this year’s theme: “Resilient Futures.”

With expanded programming and a larger venue, SLO EarthFest offers local businesses a unique opportunity to connect with a highly engaged community audience while demonstrating leadership in sustainability and local resilience.

Here are five reasons businesses are choosing to participate in SLO EarthFest 2026:

1. Connect with Thousands of Engaged Community Members

EarthFest attracts residents from across the Central Coast who care deeply about sustainability, innovation, and local solutions. Sponsors and exhibitors gain meaningful face-to-face engagement with community members who value mission-driven businesses.

2. Showcase Innovation and Sustainability Leadership

The festival highlights forward-thinking solutions – from clean transportation to local makers and climate resilience strategies – making it an ideal platform for businesses that want to demonstrate leadership and impact.

3. Align Your Brand with a Trusted Community Event

Hosted by SLO Climate Coalition and the 2026 EarthFest Advisory Committee, EarthFest brings together nonprofits, local government, businesses and residents around a shared vision for a thriving Central Coast.

4. Benefit from Pre-Event Visibility

Sponsors receive recognition through marketing, media outreach, and community promotions leading up to the event, extending the value of participation well beyond festival day.

5. Be Part of One of the Region’s Most Inspiring Community Events

From live music and electric vehicle test drives to artisan vendors and climate panels, SLO EarthFest creates an energetic and hopeful space where community and climate solutions come together.

Festival highlights include:

  • EV Showcase & Test Drives featuring 2026 electric vehicle models
  • Electric Pulse Stage powered by EVs and featuring local bands
  • Climate Community Stage with expert speakers and panels
  • Sustainable Makers Market highlighting local artisans
  • Wellness Zone with yoga and sound baths
  • Firestone Walker Beer Garden featuring local beer and wine
