The owners of the Poke Bar first started in their rich culinary history in 1990, with a fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles, CA. They opened their first Poke Bar in 2015 in West Hollywood, CA and since then the Poke Bar has exploded all over the country, and is now the place for poke in San Luis Obispo; according to their website.
