SLO Railroad MuseumHear the story of the railroad that built San Luis Obispo, the narrow gauge Pacific Coast Railway that ran from Avila to SLO and then south to Los Olivos. Join us from 4 to 6 pm on Saturday, January 23 for the private unveiling of the new exhibit at the SLO Railroad Museum. Designer of the exhibit and local expert, Andrew Merriam will speak at 4:30 pm with a following catered reception.

Tickets cost $25 per person and $20 for members. The opportunity to become a member will be offered at the door. Exhibits at the Museum include the 1926 Pullman Observation Lounge Car and the large model train layout under construction. Proceeds will be used for the restoration of the historic #1200 Pacific Coast Railway boxcar, now on display in front of the Museum.
