The San Luis Obispo Repertory Theatre is proud to present John Patrick Shanley’s award-winning drama “Doubt, A Parable”. The show will run from March 29 through April 14 at SLO REP’s downtown playhouse at 888 Morro Street in San Luis Obispo. In this brilliant and powerful drama, Sister Aloysius, a Bronx school principal, takes matters into her own hands when she suspects the young Father Flynn of improper relations with one of the male students. All the elements of this drama come invigoratingly together like clockwork in this gripping story of suspicion cast on a priest’s behavior that is less about scandal than about fascinatingly nuanced questions of moral certainty. Winner of the 2005 Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize, “Doubt, A Parable” will play Wednesdays through Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets range in price from $20-$36 and are available online at slorep.org, or by calling (805) 786-2440.
