Greg Ravatt and Jim Albrecht, Principles of Ravatt, Albrecht & Associates, Inc. (RA&A), an architectural engineering firm which has been based in Santa Maria for over twenty years, announced the groundbreaking for their firm’s new two-story, 6700 sq ft headquarters.
This new multi-use structure, located at 125 Union Avenue in Old Town Orcutt, has been dubbed “Union Mercantile” and will have RA&A occupying the top floor, leaving the ground floor available for commercial leasing.
“We still have space for one more tenant, and would love to have a business that complements our other restaurants and retailers” said Greg Ravatt, AIA. “This prime commercial building is perfectly located to blend seamlessly with Orcutt’s vibrant retail core and we are excited to continue to positively impact the local economy.”
In 2010, Greg and Jim completely revitalized their development at 156 S. Broadway in Orcutt which includes local tenants Jack’s Restaurant, Patricio’s Pizzeria, Old Orcutt Barbers, and Deasee’s Designs. RA&A’s San Luis Obispo office will remain at its current location at 1371 Pacific Street.
