A six-month women’s leadership program, focused on inspiring, equipping and empowering women to reach their full potential is launching a new series this January. The program is designed for emerging leaders, managers and entrepreneurs looking to develop essential skills to maximize their impact and build strong professional connections.

Through monthly half-day sessions, each of the 16-person cohorts will gain essential skills to transform their leadership and grow their influence. Developed and led by Unlock-Potential, a local, women-owned leadership & develop firm, the program will delve into topics such as:

• Setting personal & professional goals
• Identifying areas for leadership growth
• Learning to manage stress, balance life responsibilities and stay productive
• Becoming more self aware and learning how others perceive you
• Identifying limiting beliefs
• Increasing influence and charisma

Three trainings will be offered throughout the County—Dolphin Bay Resort in Shell Beach beginning, January 15th, Allegretto Resort in Paso Robles beginning January 21st  and Hotel SLO in San Luis Obispo beginning January 23rd .
