Two cooks cateringTwo Cooks Catering is excited to announce changes to their business model heading out of the 2015 season.

Two Cooks is teaming up with Pan d’ Oro Bakery to add pastries to the wholesale bread bakery’s lineup. Pan d’ Oro is moving into the Two Cooks kitchen in San Luis Obispo, increasing the bakery size and production capabilities.

Two Cooks is adding Dessert Catering to their lineup of corporate, winery and drop-off caterings.  “Chef Russell is a trained pastry chef. He apprenticed with a Master Pastry Chef from Bordeaux,” said Heather Thomas, co-owner. “We’ve always enjoyed baking and making pastries and sweets for our customers. We’re looking forward to offering more in the future.”

Two Cooks is increasing their current wholesale offerings – some of which can be found at Coastal Peaks Coffee on S. Higuera, and changing what services they offer to wedding customers. Starting in 2016 they’re offering food only, with no additional ad-ons. “We’ve been catering weddings for 10 seasons now,” said Thomas. “We’re looking forward to getting back to our main focus, the food. We’re referring customers to local rental, staffing and bar-tending companies for everything else that we’re no longer offering.”

Two Cooks Catering makes Global Cuisine with a Conscience.
