In an effort to get hospitality workers vaccinated, Visit SLO CAL and the County are partnering to coordinate large blocks of free vaccine appointment slots specifically for the tourism community.  Due to the availability, appointments are now available to the wider hospitality community including restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and attractions only.

Appointments will be available during designated days and times for hospitality employees only.  These appointment events will include Spanish-language and Mixteco-language interpreters who work closely with Latinx and Indigenous communities.

Hospitality employees can register today for their free first vaccine dose HERE for one of the following dates and locations:

If employees need help with the form, the on-site interpreters can help.

Hospitality Managers: we have attached fliers in both English and Spanish for you to print and post at your property.  Fliers have a QR code to mobile scan and easily register for an appointment.  Please distribute this email to all your employees and help them register as soon as possible.  These appointments are first-come, first-serve and are ONLY available to hospitality employees.  The link is nontransferable.

We also ask that you do your best to assist those employees who may need help with technology, language or access to set up their appointments so we can vaccinate as much of the lodging community as possible.

As leaders, you play an important role in encouraging and supporting employees in getting the vaccine. Your practical assistance is key.
