Rancho Burro Donkey Sanctuary is pleased to announce its upcoming fundraising event, “Brushstrokes & Burros: Paint, Sip, & Support,” taking place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Hosted at the sanctuary’s serene 46-acre property in San Luis Obispo, this exclusive workshop offers guests the rare opportunity to unleash their creativity while surrounded by the gentle presence of rescued donkeys and mules.
Event Highlights:
- Creative Workshop: Attendees will create their own donkey-inspired masterpiece. No prior artistic experience is required.
- Sip & Savor: Guests will enjoy a selection of donated fine wines paired with artisan charcuterie boards and decadent desserts, generously donated by Graze Charcuterie.
- Sanctuary Experience: The event is held on-site at the sanctuary, allowing for unique interactions and stories of the beloved residents, including new rescues.
- Support a Cause: All proceeds directly fund the care, rehabilitation, and medical needs of the sanctuary’s rescued donkeys and mules.
