Paso Robles-based farm-to-table bistro will be the featured restaurant in the upcoming Chinatown development in downtown SLO. Thomas Hill Organics Bistro and Wine Lounge is set to serve its storied, regionally-sourced delicacies in the upstairs promenade near the corner of Monterey and Chorro streets. Their SLO location will stay true to what their Paso Robles bistro has become known for, including an organic, regionally sourced menu that evolves with the seasons and features local poultry, fish and grass-fed beef, lamb and exotic meats. Further up Monterey Street, SLO Provisions is getting ready to expand from its current location at 1255 Monterey St. Suite B to include Suite A – a transformation that included knocking down a wall that separated the two spaces. The new, bigger location will afford the gourmet take-away eatery to provide more seating options for customers who want to dine in. Taking over the location that most recently housed Monterey Street Wines, the expanded SLO Provisions is planning to open in early February and will feature wine and beer options.
